Your Role

As a  Executive at Stay Vista , you will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil work. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all facility operations.

About You

You will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil work
Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all facility operations through hands-on expertise and strong problem-solving skills
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or a related field
1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or technician roles
Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or facility management is preferred
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or facility management (e.g., safety or compliance certifications) would be a strong added advantage.
