Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Igatpuri for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the upkeep and operation of all resort facilities, ensuring everything is functional and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing repair work, overseeing equipment servicing, and leading a team of maintenance staff. The role also involves ensuring safety standards are met and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the property.

Qualifications

Strong Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair skills
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Effective Supervisory Skills to manage and lead maintenance personnel
Attention to detail and ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in facility management
Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
Experience in hospitality or resort management is preferred
