Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Welder role based in Melur. The Welder will be responsible for performing various types of welding, including Arc, TIG, and MIG welding, on a range of materials. Daily tasks include preparing welding equipment, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring the quality and safety of welds, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently. The Welder will also assist in the fabrication and maintenance of meteorological masts and other renewable energy equipment.
Qualifications
Proficient in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
Strong understanding of welding techniques and familiarity with various Materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
Vocational training or certification in welding is preferred
