This is the person who keeps our office and factory units in Vadodara clean, stocked, maintained, and running, day in and day out. It's a hands-on, on-ground role that owns facility upkeep, supplies, vendors, and everyday admin across all our units.

&  Run daily hygiene rounds across every unit, and hold housekeeping and cleaning vendors to one fixed standard.
&  Keep every unit stocked on hygiene and pantry essentials, reordering before anything runs out.
&  Run preventive maintenance for AC, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures, and close breakdowns fast.
&   Onboard vendors, hold them to their SLAs, and verify every bill against agreed rates before it's paid.
-  Run errands like bank, courier, government office, and procurement, and coordinate on-ground needs across teams.
&  Keep clean registers, logs, and filing, and bring every unit to the same standard.
