About Retail Credit       The Retail Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all retail products of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes       About         the
Role       Area Credit Manager is Team Leader Role with CPC Credit underwriting managers reporting. Ensure smooth functioning of Credit Processing Centre, which is responsible for processing and underwriting of Centralised & Decentralised Files.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring Turnaround time (TAT) from Login to Sanction - Login to Sanction for all products at desired levels.
Ensure the quality of proposals and credit appraisal to minimize delinquency.
Ensuring compliance of Audit & Compliance reviews.
Ensuring quality of Data entry with minimal error ratio and non-repetition of Audit Observations.
Periodic Training, policy feedback, vendor management, participation in pilot runs/testing etc.
Stakeholder management. Regular meeting with competitors, analyse market feedback from different stakeholders to benchmark the competition.
Idea generation for new projects for process efficiency and cost saving.

Qualifications
Graduate / Post
- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred)
Experience in retail credit with team handling.
