Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Role Overview
* Drive end-to-end growth initiatives across multiple Nxt Wave products.
Understand user behavior and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Tech, Sales, and other teams.
Design growth experiments, run A/B tests, and scale successful solutions.
Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 members) to execute initiatives effect

Key Responsibilitie
sIdentify growth opportunities across the customer journey using data and user insights
.Build hypotheses, design experiments, and run structured A/B tests
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives
.Own key metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
.Prepare clear problem statements, evaluate root causes, and propose creative solutions
.Track performance, prepare reports/dashboards, and present insights to leadership
.Manage multiple work streams with strong prioritization and timely execution
.Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality output
.Customer-first mindset

ts4–7 years of experience in growth, product, marketing, strategy, or related role
