The Job Search Services (JSS) Department is dedicated to helping professionals secure employment opportunities overseas. Our team ensures clients have access to relevant global job markets through structured strategies, expert support, and end-to-end job search execution.
The department combines service excellence, client engagement, and recruitment expertise to help individuals navigate international job landscapes effectively.
A Unique Leadership Opportunity
This is not a conventional team lead role.

As a Y-Axis Account Manager (YAM), you will directly shape the success of a high-performing team that empowers clients in their global job search journey.
You will lead, guide, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters and service specialists ensuring they deliver excellence, maintain high-quality standards, and consistently create positive client outcomes.
You won't just manage a team.

Your Role: Y-Axis Account Manager (Assistant Team Lead – Job Search Services)
As a YAM, you will oversee day-to-day team performance and ensure all process standards, targets, and service expectations are met. You will coach team members, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Your role includes performance evaluation, training coordination, client satisfaction management, and strategic oversight of job search execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate individual team member performance to ensure adherence to processes and achievement of deliverables.

• Plan, organize, and facilitate training sessions to strengthen team skills and productivity.

• Prepare regular reports for management and recommend strategies to enhance overall team performance.

• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through timely updates, prompt issue resolution, and consistent communication.

• Maintain a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment for the team.

• Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring clarity, accountability, and smooth workflow.

• Monitor the quality of calls, emails, and social media interactions to maintain high service standards.

• Optimize resource utilization to help the team achieve targets and improve efficiency.

• Guide the team on sourcing techniques, keyword usage, and market insights across multiple countries.

• Stay informed of global job market trends and ensure the team is updated accordingly.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment, with proven team handling or leadership exposure.
Skills

• Strong expertise in sourcing across various job portals and digital platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills—articulate, confident, and well-spoken.

• Advanced MS Office skills and the ability to analyze reports and performance metrics.

• Strong client management capabilities with a commitment to delivering high value.

• People management skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.

• Ability to maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency in a high-volume environment.
