Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, located in Puducherry, India. The Insurance Manager will oversee daily operations related to insurance policy sales, client relationship management, and financial planning. Responsibilities include managing a team, driving sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and handling financial documentation to support business objectives.

The incumbent will also coordinate with internalv teams to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Finanvvce and Insurance concepts and practices
Strong Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams
Customer Service expertise for handling client interactions with efficiency and professionalism
Experience and skills in Sales to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be an advantage
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
