Key Responsibilities
Goal-oriented finance leader for acquired entity to ensure timely closure of books and submission of deliverables on a monthly basis
Assist in publishing monthly MIS in a timely manner, conducting financial data analysis, Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Support business operations, prepare financial statements, possess expert knowledge in IND AS
Knowledge of M&A and related documentation, Understanding of business models, PPA,
Ensure compliance with post-acquisition requirements, Drive Post-Merger Financial Integration, and present to committees and stakeholders
Manage payroll and ensure compliance
Understanding and practical experience in both PF, TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements
Establish financial controls, Oversee quarterly/annual audits
Design and implement controls, Enhance process understanding, improvement, and alignment
Effectively convey your insights and strategies to cross-functional team members and management
Demonstrate leadership skills in team building and development, achieving results

Work Experience

Experienced Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of expertise in managing finance operations such as monthly financial closure, Management Information System (MIS), delivering presentations to senior management, IND AS, Audit, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering team cohesion, and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
