Key Responsibilities
P&L and Business Management
Own and manage revenue portfolio   with full accountability for revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, and growth.
Drive delivery-led growth through account mining, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and ANZ market priorities.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and governance reviews.

Strategic Leadership and Transformation
Develop and execute long-term delivery strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on cloud, AI, automation, modernization, and operational efficiency.
Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and technology disruptions.
Partner with sales and industry leaders to shape strategic deals and transformation programs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
17-25 years of progressive leadership experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
