Manager – Hospital Operations

Position: MANAGER – HOSPITAL OPERATIONS
Location: Dombivali

We are looking for an experienced  Manager – Hospital Operations  to drive operational excellence, patient experience, quality and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Front Office, Support Services and Facilities.

• Drive patient flow, resource utilisation, turnaround times and operational productivity.

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve operational challenges.

• Drive KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI and other applicable standards.

• Lead patient safety, grievance redressal and patient-experience initiatives.

• Manage support services, vendors, facilities and service contracts.

• Monitor operational dashboards, patient volumes, utilisation, costs and performance metrics.

• Lead and develop operational teams.
What We're Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years of progressive hospital operations experience.

• Minimum 3 years in a similar managerial role; 200+ bedded hospital experience preferred.

• MHA/MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Management preferred.

• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality, patient flow and service excellence.

• Exposure to NABH/NABL/JCI, audits and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
