With a strong footprint in the Australian market and growing international presence, we are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Financial Controller to lead our finance function and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications &

Experience:

CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
