The Professional Services organization delivers complex enterprise integration and transformation programs for global customers across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail and distribution.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a  Senior Project Manager  to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex enterprise programs.
This is a  people leadership and delivery governance role , responsible for building a strong project management organization, establishing delivery discipline, managing portfolio-level risks and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
The role requires an experienced project/program management leader who can manage  multiple concurrent enterprise implementations , coach Project Managers, engage with senior customer stakeholders and work closely with Solution Architecture, Engineering, Product, Sales and Professional Services leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Portfolio Leadership
Lead and manage a team of  Project Managers  responsible for multiple customer implementations.
Oversee a portfolio of complex enterprise technology and integration projects.
Ensure projects are delivered against agreed  scope, timelines, budget, quality and customer commitments .
Establish portfolio-level visibility across project health, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resource requirements.
Drive consistent project management methodologies, processes and governance across the team.
Review project plans, delivery milestones, resource allocation and financial performance.
Identify portfolio-level risks and dependencies and drive timely mitigation.
People Leadership
Manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.
Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs and development plans for Project Managers.
Conduct regular project and performance reviews.
Coach Project Managers on stakeholder management, planning, risk management, escalation and customer communication.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership and predictable delivery.
Identify high-potential talent and develop the next generation of project management leaders.
Support hiring and capacity planning for the Project Management organization.
Delivery Governance
Establish and maintain strong  project governance, PMO processes and delivery standards .
Implement standardized project planning, reporting, risk management and escalation frameworks.
Review project health and intervene proactively on projects showing delivery, financial or customer risks.
Drive governance around scope changes, change requests, dependencies and delivery commitments.
Ensure effective project documentation, status reporting and executive communication.
Establish portfolio dashboards and metrics for leadership visibility.
Customer & Executive Engagement
Act as a senior escalation point for strategic customers and complex delivery situations.
Engage with customer leadership and senior stakeholders to review project progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
Lead executive-level project reviews and steering committee meetings.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
