Our products cater to various market segments including personal care, pharmaceutical and food industries. As of today, we market over 100 chemicals that finds myriad applications in over 24 products. Keeping abreast of the evolving market, we have built our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Valia, Gujarat and in Ambernath, Maharashtra. We produce over 200,000 metric tonnes of chemical products annually, for use in home and personal care, rubber processing, polymer, pharmaceutical and industrial applications.

We have an established international presence and are further expanding our business to tap unaddressed regional markets. Our products are exported to over 80 countries in North and South America, Asia, Europe, Australia and Africa.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for designing, implementing, and updating EHS systems and procedures across the site to bring about standard safety culture amongst employees
- Responsible for legal compliances at site.
- Liaison with external agencies at local/ state/ central level with respect to EHS.
- Ensure all time audit readiness (Statutory Customer audits) at sites from EHS point of view
- Review the plan for internal EHS audits and monitoring the effectiveness of the same
- Responsible for identifying training needs at business unit level, developing modules for addressing the gaps and effective training implementation
- Gear up all function for effective implementation of EHS Initiative, system & process and standards
- Responsible for developing strong and competent team down the line
- Work closely with Production, Operations, Project, R&D and Supply Chain teams to ensure implementation of EHS management system & requirements
- Monitor EHS key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with teams to drive continuous improvement.
