Job Summary  We are seeking an ERP Business Consultant with strong experience in the  Manufacturing domain . The candidate will be responsible for understanding client manufacturing processes, gathering requirements, configuring ERP modules, and supporting end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities  
· Analyze client manufacturing workflows such as production planning, routing, BOM, WIP, capacity planning, and shop-floor operations.

· Configure ERP modules aligned to manufacturing best practices.

· Assist in solution design, documentation, testing, and UAT.

· Work closely with developers to provide functional specifications.

· Train end-users on manufacturing-related ERP features.

· Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications  
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

· 2–3 years of experience in  Manufacturing operations  or  Manufacturing ERP implementation .

· Strong functional understanding of BOM, Routing, MRP, Inventory, and QC processes.

· Experience in ERP platforms (Net Suite/Odoo/SAP/Zoho or similar) is an added advantage.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
