Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in operating commercial laundry equipment, optimizing wash cycles for different fabric types.
Exceptional fabric care and stain removal skills, ensuring all garments and linens are clean and presentable.
Experience in industrial drying techniques to preserve quality and longevity of fabrics.
Advanced ironing and pressing techniques for a polished, professional finish on all laundry items.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple loads and maintain a steady workflow.
Chemical safety knowledge, familiar with the safe handling and storage of cleaning agents and detergents.
Expertise in laundry folding techniques, ensuring all items are neatly and efficiently folded for storage or delivery.
Must have a keen eye for detail to inspect garments and identify any needed repairs or maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of laundry services, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
Sort, wash, dry, and press garments according to customer specifications and fabric guidelines.
Apply stain removers and special treatments to maintain fabric integrity and appearance.
Ensure proper handling of delicate fabrics, preventing damage during the cleaning process.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request orders for replenishment when necessary.
Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary working environment.
Assist in training new laundry staff, sharing expertise and promoting efficient practices.
