Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Lead at our facility in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. The Maintenance Lead will oversee and coordinate all maintenance-related activities to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, managing preventive maintenance schedules, identifying and resolving technical issues through troubleshooting, and leading maintenance and repair initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal production efficiency and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair processes.
Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and developing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Excellent Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical equipment issues effectively.
Exceptional organizational and team leadership abilities to manage staff and coordinate maintenance activities.
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
