Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Production Lead to oversee end-to-end production operations at our OSD formulation manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in managing large-scale production environments, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and delivery of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end production operations in the OSD formulation plant

• Ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory, and quality standards

• Drive production planning, execution, and optimization

• Manage cross-functional coordination with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain

• Ensure timely delivery of production targets with optimal resource utilization

• Lead and develop large manufacturing teams

• Implement process improvements and productivity initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and audit requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Strong experience in OSD formulation plant operations

• B-School / Tier-1 college graduate preferred

• Proven experience in leading production teams and plant operations

• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory standards, and manufacturing excellence
