Job Description  We are looking for a Packing Operator to execute packing activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for operating packing machines, maintaining documentation, conducting in-process checks, and ensuring smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities   Operate and monitor packing machines as per SOP and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and changeover activities.
Conduct AQL checks, in-process checks, and documentation activities.
Operate cartonator machines, check weighers, serialization systems, and deblistering machines.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and data integrity standards (ALCOA+++).
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for packing materials.
Troubleshoot machine-related issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
Maintain logbooks, cleaning records, and production documentation.
Required Skills   Knowledge of packing operations and machine handling
GMP & GDP documentation practices
Equipment operation and troubleshooting
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
Qualifications   ITI / Diploma / Graduation
1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations preferred
