Production Engineer

Position: Production Engineer (1 -3 Years )
Location: Anakapalle

Job Location :  Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Responsibilities

Planning the production schedule for both Fabrication, Assembly sections.
Implement, monitor & control the production schedule.
Determine the human and material resources requirements for all sections.
Organize, monitor the workflow in the subdivisions to meet specifications and deadlines.
Train, Supervise and manage the Junior staffs and Production workers.
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Determine and ensure the production output meets as per the Quality control Standards.
Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
Estimate cost, prepare budgets and implement cost effective method in various division of production.
Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
Assessing the development needs in the components as well as Product and provide suggestion / input to the R&D
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between departments including Procurement, R&D and Service.
Interviewing & selecting the talented personnel for the Production team
Organize, repair and routine maintenance of Production equipment.
Timely report to Top management
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Experience:

1 - 3 Years (Experience in Structural Manufacturing)

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.
