Diploma   (Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering) - Full Time

Job Responsibilities
.Work independently in Bumper/IP injection mould fitting & assembly.
.Co-ordinate with machining, inspection and quality sections.
.Attend die trials at customer end and troubleshoot the problems faced.
.Work for the reduction of fitting hours & cost through Kaizen.
.Ensure the safety of workplace and do timely KYT, HHT.
.Monitor fitting hours of the associates and time sheet data updation.
.Ensure proper 5s in the work area.
.Trial defects analysis and countermeasure planning through PDCA.

Technical / Functional:
.Good drawing reading skills & knowledge of Fits & Tolerances.
.Knowledge of mould manufacturing process and tool room machines
.Knowledge of die materials and heat treatment
.Knowledge of moulding machines
.Knowledge of moulding defects and countermeasures
.

Good analytical skills
.Very good problem-solving skills
.Proficient in Microsoft office productivity software
.Basic knowledge of CNC milling, EDM machines.
.Basic knowledge of design software - UG-NX.
.Effective verbal and written communication skill.

Preferred Organization:
.4-wheeler OEMs with Mould development/ Manufacturing experience: KIA, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, VW, M&M, Renault, Nissan, MG, TATA, Bajaj, Eicher, Force Motors, etc.
.Tier-1 Bumper/ Instrument panel Injection mould manufacturers for OEMs.
