Your responsibilities

Scope Dimensions of role:

Direct leadership of the Site Technical function (team size depending on site size)
Accountable for delivery of high number of concurrent NPD/EPD, OOS, BCP, site transfers and/or productivity projects
Influence Factory Cap Ex strategy and procurement sourcing

Key responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy
Set technical strategy and manufacturing technology destination
Build, coach, and allocate resources across a high performing team
Team engagement
Annual plan / execution
Link to other factories and networking/benchmarking/best practice
New Product Introduction & Portfolio Delivery
Lead NPD/EPD rollout and activity management (where applicable)
Manage SKU complexity and launch sequencing
Technology Transfer & Validation
Operate the Technology Transfer process
Own the Site Validation Program – Quality own it here we execute
Process Development and Industrial engineering
Drive process development and improvement
Working with Value Creation team, Lead cost optimization initiatives (X Trim, PPV, Squeeze)
Risk mitigation (monosource/BCP)
Operations Support & Compliance
Provide ad hoc technical support
Ensure compliance with local and/or regional standards

The experience we're looking for

Qualification &

Experience:

Degree in Science or Engineering
10+ years industry experience in Pharmaceuticals and/or FMCG business
In depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology
Demonstrated leadership of technical teams
Knowledge of local / regional requirements
Fluent in English
