Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder/Fitter based in Shrirampur. The Welder/Fitter will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical specifications, performing various types of welding including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, and fitting materials to produce quality components. Daily tasks will also include inspecting materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and collaboration with the production team to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding

Experience with general Welding techniques and an understanding of Materials used in industrial fabrication
Skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet project deadlines, and commitment to maintaining safety standards
Experience in operating and maintaining welding equipment
Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or fabrication is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
