Job description:

To achieve an overall improvement in maintenance system to get the best availability & reliability of the mines machines, plant utility machines, equipment & LMVs at optimal & sustainable cost within the budgetary provisions by improving standards of preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance with 100% safety standards compliance.
Planning, scheduling & execution of maintenance activities to ensure effective operation of machine.
Planning annual maintenance consumables & critical spares to minimize the machine break down under budgeted provisions
Predictive maintenance needs to be strengthened by introducing corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability of machine.
Planning for major sub-assemblies replacement, overhauling to improve the availability of the machine.
Proper storage, handling & filling of fuel, lubes to ensure no contamination enters the system to reduce time& increase productivity.
To enhance the knowledge team on safety at workplace of all the employees with the aim of zero harms & zero accident.
Mine budgeting and effective cost control.
To implement management improvement systems, SOPs & SMPs while adhering to safety standards and procedures with 100% statutory compliance as per applicable statutory provisions.
Develop standards SOPs & SMPs to ensure reliability & efficiency of machine with follows safety standards & procedures.
