Summary:

Own end‑to‑end factory readiness for new manufacturing programs to support proto, NPI, and ramp builds. Ensure facilities, utilities, equipment, manpower, and systems are deployment‑ready aligned to build milestones.

Key Responsibilities
Drive layout readiness, utilities enablement, and line deployment for new programs
Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and readiness tracking
Align manpower readiness with build and ramp plans
Interface with Engineering, SCM, Facilities, IT, and Production teams for readiness closure
Support proto and ramp build execution with readiness gap closure and escalation
