Location: Mandsaur
• Manage overall plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing activities.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase output.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and shop floor discipline.
• Maintain production reports and MIS for management review.
