We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth shop floor management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a focus on quality, safety, and productivity, along with good communication skills in English and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and shift activities.
- Ensure proper machine operation and report any breakdowns promptly.
- Maintain production quality, hygiene, and GMP standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Minimize production wastage and improve overall productivity.
- Effectively manage shift operations and workforce.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing (preferred).
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply for suitable entry-level roles.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
