We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machines to produce precision parts and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with machine operations.
Key Responsibilities Set up and operate machines (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, CNC, or conventional) as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Measure, mark, and align work pieces to ensure accuracy.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and precision.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards.
Maintain records of production, machine settings, and material usage.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to meet production targets.
