Location: Srīperumbūdūr
Ø Operate CNC machines such as CNC turning, milling, drilling, or machining centers.
Ø Load raw materials and unload finished components.
Ø Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Ø Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Ø Perform tool offset adjustments and basic machine setting corrections.
Ø Inspect finished products using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Ø Maintain production records and quality documentation.
Ø Identify machine issues and report maintenance requirements.
Ø Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of machines and work area.
Ø Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Ø Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules
