About the Role
Kraft-Obench is looking for an experienced production leader to head our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture or modular furniture manufacturing and be capable of scaling production while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end factory operations.
Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
Improve productivity, efficiency, and production capacity.
Ensure quality standards across all manufacturing stages.
Manage production teams, supervisors, and shop-floor operations.
Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Projects, and Dispatch teams.
Control production costs, material utilization, and wastage.
Develop SOPs and implement process improvements.
Ensure timely order execution and on-time dispatch.

Requirements
8+ experience in production/manufacturing.
Experience in heavy furniture, modular furniture, office furniture, or custom furniture manufacturing is mandatory.
Strong leadership and factory management skills.
Hands-on knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory, and process optimization.
Experience handling large manufacturing teams.
