Role Description  The Lean Manufacturing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the Viramgam facility. This position is responsible for driving lean initiatives on the shop floor, including mapping processes, identifying waste, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, ERP, quality, and supply chain teams to standardize work, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement projects.

The coordinator will conduct data analysis, develop and track performance metrics, prepare reports, and facilitate training sessions on lean tools and methodologies. Additional responsibilities include supporting project implementation timelines, ensuring adherence to lean standards, and promoting a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify trends, and support fact-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Process Improvement and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and sustain lean initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Candidates should possess Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing knowledge to understand production systems, workflow optimization, and resource utilization.
Candidates should possess experience with lean tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work) and continuous improvement frameworks.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field, along with strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational skills.
Experience in high-volume industrial or packaging environments and familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards will be beneficial.
Engineering Degree or Diploma is a plus
ERP experience and knowledge is a must a role involves overseeing the ERP Manufacturing module implementation and its success.
