Drive ‘zero food safety complaints’ and ensure the production of defect-free products.
Implement quality systems/procedures like Six Sigma and Lean Sigma to reduce rejections and produce zero-defect products.
Ensure that General and Administrative expenses are within budget.
Drive employee engagement and happiness through recruitment quality, induction programs, training, mentoring, performance management, and potential mapping.
Ensure the health of systems and infrastructure by meeting productivity targets for labor, electricity, trucks, and USLE (Usage of Space, Labor, and Equipment).
