Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head, based in Chakan,Pune.

The Plant Head will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Key responsibilities also include managing budgets, streamlining processes to achieve operational efficiency, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. The individual will lead and mentor the plant team, ensure adherence to safety standards, and meet production targets while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
Proficiency in Production Planning and resource allocation
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control processes and compliance standards

Experience with Budgeting and cost management practices in a manufacturing setting
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities
