Hiring | Assistant Manager – Production | Curcumin Extraction
Location:
Gundlupet, Chamarajanagar, Karnataka
Experience:
10–15 Years
Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. – Chemical / Food / Biotechnology / Nutraceutical Technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end curcumin extraction & plant operations
• Drive production targets, yield & process efficiency
• Handle solvent recovery, purification & process optimization
• Ensure GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO/FSSC & safety compliance
• Lead maintenance, utilities & plant improvement initiatives
• Manage production teams and drive continuous improvement
Preferred Experience:
Curcumin / Herbal / Botanical Extracts / Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical / Oleoresin manufacturing.
