Business Excellence

Location: IMT Manesar

We are looking for an experienced  Business Excellence / Continuous Improvement professional with 5–10 years of relevant experience  to drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations by improving  productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, equipment reliability, and overall process efficiency .

Key Responsibilities
Drive  Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction  initiatives.
Analyze  OEE, productivity, downtime, wastage, rejection, machine utilization, and process efficiency .
Improve manufacturing processes across  Printing, Postpress, Corrugation, Rigid Box, and Leaflet  operations.
Conduct  RCA, Pareto, 5-Why, Fishbone, Time Study, Line Balancing, and Process Mapping .
Work with Production and PPC to improve  capacity utilization, bottlenecks, production flow, and delivery performance .
Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to reduce  defects, rejection, breakdowns, and equipment downtime .
Drive  5S, TPM, safety, visual management, energy efficiency, and workplace improvement  initiatives.
Support  inventory optimization, spare planning, and cost-reduction  activities.
Develop and monitor  KPIs, dashboards, and management reports .
Lead cross-functional improvement projects and ensure improvements are  standardized and sustained .

Required Skills
5–10 years of relevant experience  in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Process Improvement.
Strong knowledge of  Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma .
Hands-on experience with  OEE, TPM, RCA, SMED, and Time Study .
Strong  data analysis and Advanced Excel  skills.
Experience in  manufacturing, printing, packaging, corrugation, or similar process industries  preferred.
Strong  analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management  skills.
