Role Description The Screen Printing Executive will handle end-to-end screen printing operations for cosmetic tube packaging, ensuring high-quality, consistent results on each production run. Responsibilities include preparing screens and artwork, mixing inks, setting up and operating screen printing equipment, and monitoring print quality during production. The role involves coordinating with design and production teams to translate print designs into accurate printed output, maintaining equipment, and following safety and quality standards.
The Screen Printing Executive will also assist with job scheduling, troubleshooting printing issues, and supporting continuous improvement in print processes and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nainital.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in Screen Printing and Printing for packaging applications.
Experience in Print Production, including setup, operation, and quality control of print runs.
Ability to interpret and execute Print Design specifications, artwork files, and color requirements.
Exposure to Embroidery or other decorative techniques is an advantage for understanding multi-process branding.
Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing environments, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
Knowledge of basic color theory, ink properties, and substrate behavior (plastic tubes, laminates, etc.).
Attention to detail, strong visual quality standards, and ability to detect defects quickly.
Capability to work safely with machinery, follow SOPs, and maintain equipment and work areas.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, design, and quality teams.
Relevant technical diploma, vocational training, or industry experience
