We are seeking a  senior engineering leader  to play a key role in strengthening engineering and manufacturing capabilities within a precision manufacturing operation specializing in  complex turbine components .

This role offers an opportunity to lead and advance the  CNC programming and engineering function , improve manufacturability and machining strategies, and establish scalable processes that support increased production capacity and operational growth.
The operation works extensively from customer drawings and also undertakes engineering, CAD, manufacturing methods, and machining strategy development internally. The successful candidate will have a significant opportunity to  shape processes, introduce best practices, develop the technical team, and drive improvements across the engineering-to-production workflow .
What You Will Own  Lead the  engineering and CNC programming function
Improve the end-to-end workflow from  CAD/design → process planning → CNC programming → production
Develop machining strategies for complex and high-value turbine components
Improve CNC programming efficiency and reduce programming lead times
Identify and address engineering and manufacturing bottlenecks
Establish and improve standards, documentation, tooling strategies, and reusable programming methods
Work closely with production to resolve  manufacturability, machining, and quality issues
Build, develop, and mentor the engineering and CNC programming team
Identify opportunities for  automation, advanced manufacturing methods, and improved software/tools
Drive continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing processes
Ideal Profile We are looking for an experienced  Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer  with strong CNC/CAM expertise and experience working in a complex machining environment.
Relevant experience may include:
Aerospace manufacturing
Turbine components
Power generation / energy
Precision manufacturing
Complex or high-value machining

Relocation This is a  full-time, on-site position in Veracruz, Mexico .
We are specifically seeking experienced professionals  currently based in India who are willing to relocate to Mexico .
Candidates should be prepared for an international relocation and have a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one. Applicable support for the relocation and work authorization process will be provided as appropriate.
