Role Description

Delivering training programs to diverse professionals in the pharmaceutical industry through  Success ITS  mobile application. The instructor will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging training sessions on pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality standards, GMP compliance, and technical operations. Responsibilities include curriculum development, preparing training materials, assessing participant performance, and staying updated on industry regulations and best practices. Collaboration with industry experts and adapting training content to meet the evolving needs of the sector will be essential.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including OSD manufacturing, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning validation processes.
Experience in curriculum development, technical training, and presentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support diverse learners.
Hands-on industry experience in pharmaceutical production, quality assurance, or engineering is highly desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to analyze and integrate feedback for continuous improvement in training programs.
