The Position

Proficiencies

Required:

Co-ordination of production and other supporting functions & run the MRP (Planning Process) through SAP.
Providing PRs for RM/PM/Solvents as per requirement.
Coordinate with Store/QC/Purchase to ensure timely availability of RM to production.
Monitoring daily Plan Vs Actual production & if any gaps, coordinating with internal customers(Production, QC, QA, R&D, SCM, Engg, utility etc.) to ensure smooth movement of batches.
Prepare & circulate Daily & monthly MIS (Daily plan Vs Act, Monthly plan Vs Act with reason for variance, daily stock statement & On demand Ratio)
Coordinate with marketing, production, QC/QA & stores for production and dispatch as per allocation.
Ensure optimum inventory level of WIP/Intermediates so there is no production delay & no stoppage of production.
Monitor FG inventory as per norms.
Coordinating with Production & Quality team to receive batch planning schedules for the month based on S&OP quantities.
SAP new requirement coordination with IT & CFT teams to implement with in time

Qualification
- M.Sc / M.Pharm /

B.Tech – Chemical

Experience:

10+ Years of relevant experience in Production Planning and Inventory Controle
