Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst (Non-IT) to support research initiatives across the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to industry trends, companies, talent mapping, compensation benchmarking, and market intelligence across non-technical domains such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Construction, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on US companies, industries, and market trends across Non-IT sectors.
Perform competitor analysis, salary benchmarking, and labor market intelligence.
Identify key decision-makers, business leads, and potential clients using research tools.
Gather data from online databases, job boards, Linked In, company websites, and industry reports.
Prepare detailed research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Support recruitment teams with candidate market mapping and talent pipeline research.
Track hiring trends, skill demand, and geographic workforce distribution in the US.
Maintain and update research databases ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
0–5 years of experience in Market Research, Recruitment Research, Lead Generation, or Business Research (Non-IT preferred).
Strong knowledge of US geography, industries, and employment market trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Experience using Linked In, Zoom Info, Indeed, Glassdoor, or similar research platforms.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work in US shift timings.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience in staffing/recruitment research (Non-IT verticals).
Knowledge of US labor laws and employment classifications (W2, 1099, C2C).
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
Strong data validation and attention to detail skills.
