Evaluation Process
Approved candidates will be sent a Job Interest Form.
After the profile review, an assessment will be shared, which must be completed within 24 hours.
Based on the assessment outcomes, shortlisted candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.

For Math Specialist:
- Primary Focus:  PhD (completed or pursuing) with research experience.
- Alternative:  A Master’s degree is acceptable only if accompanied by 3+ years of experience in Computer Science/Engineering plus research experience.
Masters/PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field, with a strong emphasis on one or more of the following areas: computable functions and mathematical logic, algebra and number theory, linear algebra and matrix theory, topology and geometry, real analysis, probability and statistics.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical problems, evidenced by a track record of research, publications, or projects.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex mathematical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

For Computer Science Specialist:
- Primary Focus:  PhD (completed or pursuing) with research experience.
- Alternative:  A Master’s degree is acceptable only if accompanied by 3+ years of experience in Computer Science/Engineering plus research experience.
Strong computer science reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.
Ability to design challenging conceptual problems that require deep understanding rather than straightforward recall or coding.
Strong attention to detail in evaluating reasoning, assumptions, definitions, edge cases, and solution validity.
