Chandigarh University  invites applications for  Assistant & Associate Professors (Research Profile).  This is a high-impact role specifically for the disciplines of  CSE, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Law, and Liberal Arts.

We are seeking powerhouse researchers in  CSE, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Law, and Liberal Arts.  who are ready to manage their own high-impact research while driving the strategic output of their specific  Research Cluster.

Roles & Responsibilities
Individual Research:  Conduct original research leading to high-impact publications in Scopus-indexed journals (strictly Q1/Q2 preferred).
Cluster Leadership:  Act as a catalyst for your research cluster, mentoring peers and PhD scholars to enhance the department's collective output.
Grant Acquisition:  Proactively apply for and secure external research funding from national and international agencies.
IP &

Innovation:  Lead efforts in patent filing, intellectual property development, and the commercialization of research outcomes.
Global

Collaboration:

Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry partnerships at a global level.
Institutional Growth:  Contribute significantly to university rankings (NIRF, QS, Times Higher Education) through sustained academic visibility.

Eligibility Criteria

Note:

A candidate’s  past publication record, H-index and citation history  will be a primary factor during the evaluation and shortlisting process.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in the respective discipline with a proven track record of high-impact Scopus (Q1/Q2) publications and research grants.
