Role Description  The Research and Development Developer will work on designing, prototyping, and refining new technology solutions and features, with a focus on experimental and early-stage development. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating emerging technologies, conducting technical research, developing and testing proof-of-concept applications, and documenting findings and recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and transition successful prototypes toward production-ready solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring regular presence at the office and active participation in team discussions, reviews, and lab-based work.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured technical research, analyze findings, and present clear recommendations.
Experience in software or product development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging prototypes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to break down complex challenges and explore multiple solution paths.
Comfort working with emerging tools or technologies, and willingness to learn and experiment with new methods.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting work, sharing insights, and collaborating with diverse teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time independently, and contribute in a fast-paced R&D environment.
Experience in R&D, innovation labs, or startup environments is a plus.
