User Researcher

Location: Vasanthanagar

About the Role
We’re looking for a User Researcher with 2–3 years of experience who can work across both product and strategy research. You’ll work closely with Product, Strategy and Business teams to understand users, identify opportunities and bring user insights into important product and business decisions.

What You’ll Do
Own research projects end-to-end from defining the research problem and methodology to conducting research and sharing insights.
Conduct user interviews, usability studies, surveys and other qualitative/quantitative research as required.
Work with Product and Strategy teams to understand user behaviour, needs, pain points and market opportunities.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product and business teams.
Support product discovery, validation and strategic problem statements through research.
Build research frameworks and approaches for new and ambiguous problem statements.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Lead and mentor a small team of researchers and ensure quality and rigour across research projects.

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in User Research, Consumer Insights, Product Research, Strategy Research or a similar role.
Experience working across both product and strategic/business research.
Strong hands-on experience with qualitative research; familiarity with quantitative research methods is a plus.
Experience leading, mentoring or managing a team.
Ability to independently take ownership of research projects and work with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have
Experience in a consumer-facing product or startup environment.
Experience working on 0→1 products, new categories or ambiguous business problems.
