The Ten, Goa

The Ten  is an intimate all-suite boutique resort offering fully serviced stays in Siolim, Goa.

Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will lead all aspects of the resort’s dining operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, efficient team management, and memorable guest experiences. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, staff training, guest engagement, and revenue optimization while upholding the boutique ethos of The Ten.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team
Manage reservations, table planning, and guest flow
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Coordinate with the kitchen for menu execution and special requests
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Drive upselling initiatives to enhance revenue
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and licensing norms
Prepare duty rosters, reports, and operational checklists

Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management preferred
3–6 years of experience in restaurant or resort F&B operations
Strong leadership and guest engagement skills
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of service standards and beverage operations
Flexibility to work in shifts
