The Ten  is an intimate all-suite boutique resort offering fully serviced stays in Siolim, Goa.

Job Summary
The Chef De Partie is responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. The role supports the Head Chef in daily operations while contributing creativity, discipline, and efficiency to deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present dishes as per the resort’s recipes and quality standards
Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently and independently
Ensure mise-en-place is completed on time for all meal periods
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
Monitor portion control, waste management, and cost efficiency
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Train and guide junior kitchen team members
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines

Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant certification preferred
2–4 years of experience in a similar role in hotels or resorts
Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine
Understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and team management skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
