Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing store staff, maintaining inventory, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. The role also involves maintaining operational compliance and addressing retail loss prevention.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
Excellent Communication abilities to effectively manage teams and interact with customers and stakeholders.
Proven expertise in Store Management, including inventory control and overseeing daily operations.
Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention to address and mitigate potential risks effectively.
Leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless store functionality and team productivity.
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the real estate or related industries, is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is desirable.
