Roles and Responsibilities:
Inventory Control :
Maintain accurate records of all items received, issued and stored.
Receiving Goods :
Check Quality and quantity of items received against purchase orders.
Oversight of record keeping :
Maintain bin cards, Stock registers and inventory reports.
Loss Prevention :
Control pilferage, damage and theft of items.
Stock Reconciliation :
Physical count of goods
Internal Audit :
Methodical and independent review of operations, processes and internal controls.
Cost Control :
Help reduce food and material cost through efficient stock management.
