Location: Prakāshamnagar

Area Visual Merchandiser
Ensu re all stores follow VM guidelines  and brand standards through regular audits
Identify gaps, guide store teams, and share audit reports for quick corrections
Execute  GTM launches, brand campaigns , and in-store activations on time
Coordinate with brand teams and vendors and ensure good quality VM materials
Maintain and  track VM assets , ensuring proper upkeep and replacements
Train store staff on VM standards, planograms, and seasonal guidelines
Ensure correct and timely planogram implementation across stores
Execute seasonal and festive VM displays (Diwali, Navratri, Durga Puja, etc.)
Travel regularly for store visits, audits, training, and campaign checks
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Procurement teams

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of VM experience
Strong VM knowledge, good communication, and training skills
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to travel

Budget- upto 6-6.5 LPA
