Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Jewellery Retail Store Manager based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. The role involves overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff, providing excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience. The manager will also be responsible for staff training, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry trends
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Experience in Polishing and handling luxury goods
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage store operations
- Relevant experience in retail management, ideally in the jewellery or luxury sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
